Open Position: Emergency Veterinarian

East Metro Animal Emergency Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate emergency veterinarian. As an ER veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to a variety of animals. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and diseases in animals
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Administer medications as needed
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to ensure the well-being of animals
• Provide client communication and education
• Maintain accurate medical records for all patients

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Valid state veterinary license
• Proficient in veterinary terminology and procedures
• Team player who encourages others to be at their best
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can comfortably perform all surgical procedures related to ER
• Passionate about animal health and pet care
• Work overnight to support Emergency cases
